Im happy to follow the procedure you just proposed that we work on language of the amendment in the coming minutes and hours, and then have a final vote on a revised version later, but there is substantive matters here when we’re working on the language, and I am still somewhat confused about the gentleman from Florida’s Constitutional concerns given that we’re not talking about American citizens.
