An attorney for a South Carolina inmate condemned to die May 6 for killing his cellmate said this week he does not plan to file any appeals over the state's decision to change the drugs it uses in lethal injections.Exactly what those drugs will be has not been determined.The state Supreme Court ruled last month that Jeffrey Motts, 35, was mentally competent to drop his remaining appeals and be executed.
