The father of a 6-year-old girl who sustained brain injury after being hit by a foul ball at an Atlanta Braves game has filed suit against the team, according to the Atlanta  Journal-Constitution. http://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta/lawsuit-filed-for-girl-1480479.html The Braves, team parent Liberty Media Corp., and Major League Baseball Enterprises were named as defendants in the suit, which was filed last Monday at Fulton County State Court.
