She granted the application and set aside the writ as the false statement in the application for the writ amounted to an abuse of process.As to my (c), she accepted an undertaking by the defendants not to seek to re-enter the property until all matters had been resolved.I’d welcome any thoughts or comments on both the case and my analysis!
