I would add in (for most anyway) the need to have a good Non Disclusure Agreement (NDA) drafted (in Chinese) and signed by the factory before revealing confidential information and the need to have a good OEM Agreement (probably in Chinese as well) for added protection with respect to the manufacturing itself.
