Flood v the Times Hugh Tomlinson QC on the Inforrm Blog provides an analysis of the recent judgment by the Supreme Court in Flood v the Times Newspaper, which overturned the Court of Appeal judgment and found that the Times was entitled to rely on the defence of Reynolds qualified privilege in relation to the printed publication of the article about the claimant.
