Five other states have proposed similar legislation, but enforcement may be...um, problematic.In this instance, it seems pretty clear that Federal law trumps state (although anyone with actual citations to the contrary is welcome - nay, encouraged - to share them in the comments).The problem with this strategery is that it sucks needed oxygen from the far more viable efforts to derail the ObamaTax via Fed-run Exchanges.
