 If  he is prepared to use the s. 33 notwithstanding clause to override the Charter in order to implement a personal pet project, he will almost certainly take pleasure in showing his base how he will use that clause to override fundamental rights and freedoms afforded public sector unions and unionized workers under the Charter, including the right to collective bargaining and to strike.
