hola, espero y me pueda explicarr bien xq esto es algo enredado, sucede q hace 3 mese mi hermano estuvo en el ministerio publico x mnejar ebrio y tirar una barda, despues de q se llego a un acuerdo con el dueño del lugar, se consiguieron 7 mil pesos con un licenciado, el asunto esq el lic. Mi caso es el siguiente, Desde el 2006 me prestó una señora 25.000 que dice que el dinero es de la caja de ahorros de su trabajo, desde mediados de ese año no tengo la fecha exacta, recibí 25.000 ( se quedo con la factura de mi carro y un pagare firmado ) pagando un interés mensual de 2.500 ( dos mil quinientos pesos ) al día de hoy 15 de agosto del 2011. El Banco HSBC me mando un ejecutivo de Cobranza Física y después de varios intentos estoy en la posibilidad de pagar con un descuento, me trajo personalmente el ejemplo de la carta que no dice ser Carta Convenio pero que tiene los demás elementos, sin embargo me dicen que la carta firmada me la dan 5 días después de que haga el pago. hola lo q pasa es que tengo una deuda con credisoluciones les debo 20,800 y yo les habia puesto 4 aparatos de aval,y pòr necesidad tuve que venderlos, tenia un negocito y todo me salio mal y hubo un momento que ya no pude pagar los abonos y me atrase aparte de que acabo de re-estructurar la cuenta di el primer abono y ya no pude dar los demas me tuve que ir a vivir con mis papas, por que ya no tenia ni para comer, mi esposo rento la casa y los cobradores de esa empresa la… [read post]

buenas tardes necesito un consejo tal vez ya demasiado tarde pero hasta ahora tengo conocimiento de ustedes tengo una deuda con banamex de tres años atras, el pasado mes de abril del presente empece a recibir cartas por parte de temores y asociados donde se me amenazaba con embarco, y llamadas al telefono de mi trabajo, hasta que en el mes de julio llame por ordenes de mi jefe por que ya estaba molesto conmigo por las llamadas, llegue a un acuerdo con ellos pero… [read post]
