This is my it best recollection: Feinstein, Salazar, Mikulski, Bill Nelson, Ben Nelson, Daniel Inouye, Landrieu, Lieberman, Conrad, Casey, Lincoln, Pryor, Klobuchar, Webb, McCaskill and Carper. 16 14 (probably 15 as I imagine Ben Nelson did too) from the Dem Caucus which means only 464 (probably 45) Republicans voted for it.
