Siding with former salaried employees of an Anheuser-Busch subsidiary, a Sixth Circuit panel ruled that their employment was “involuntarily terminated” under the terms of the Anheuser-Busch Companies Pension Plan when Anheuser-Busch sold the subsidiary to another company and they became employees of that company, even though they never experienced a job loss.
