Justice Fred Woods of 2/7 told a group of high school students visiting his chambers this morning as part of the Appellate Court Experience program (see also here) that he is retiring from the Court of Appeal effective March 31, his 80th birthday.When asked what he intends to do in retirement, he related the tale of Malcolm Lucas who, when asked the same question, answered: "Well, for the first six months, I'll sit in a rocking chair.
