The Supreme Court of Ohio today upheld an order of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) that allowed Columbus Southern Power Company, a subsidiary of American Electric Power (AEP), to recover through customer surcharges revenues the company lost as a result of programs that helped improve energy efficiency and reduced the overall demand for power during peak use periods.
