Es comprensible el argumento de la Sala pero también se justifica el temor de los habilitados pues es sabido que la supresión de puestos de trabajo es un ámbito marcado por la discrecionalidad y resulta muy fácil incluir una motivación simple, etérea y artificiosa para justificar la no necesidad de un puesto y así desplazar a la persona molesta.
