The order requires the closure of state park campgrounds, travel restrictions on individuals from Louisiana, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Italy, and China and requirement for 14 day isolation, authorizing West Virginia State Police to monitor travel from areas with substantial community spread, and misdemeanor penalties for violation by the public.
