As for divorce – Jesus (in what is sometimes referred to as the Matthaean exception which is to be compared with his statements about divorce in Mark and Luke which allowed no exception) said that Moses suffered divorce, i.e. allowed it, as a present custom which he regulated – allowing it for uncleanness/unfaithfulness.
