McKenzie, No. 07-1834 Sentence of forty-two months' imprisonment for distribution of cocaine base is affirmed over claims of error that: 1) district court incorrectly assigned two points to her Criminal History Category (CHC) score, thus rendering her ineligible for safety-valve relief under 18 U.S.C. section 3553(f); and 2) district court improperly credited computerized docket reports showing her past convictions.
