Yesterday, the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings celebrated its first anniversary since the move to its new quarters in the State Capitol Complex.The Judges and Staff of OAH are a very hearty and rugged band; one needs to be in order to enjoy white cake and frosting at eight-thirty in the morning.If you have not had a chance to see the new OAH courtrooms in Saint Paul -- don't let another year go by.
