On December 9, 2014, the United States Supreme Court ruled in a 9-0 decision that hourly warehouse workers at two Amazon.com warehouses in Nevada are not entitled to compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) for time spent waiting to undergo and going through security screens at the end of their shifts.
