District Court decision has been appealed to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.But Assistant Arizona Attorney General Kent Cattani said that the 9th Circuit case will not affect Landrigan because it involves other death-row prisoners.As for the review of Landrigan's case before the state Supreme Court, Cattani said, "We will ask them to deny the petition for review, and we'll ask them for an execution warrant.
