(AP) - The state Supreme Court has declined to reset the December execution scheduled for death row inmate Pervis Payne.The court had already granted a request from Payne to push back his scheduled execution from last month to December 12th while he and other inmates challenge the state's three-drug lethal injection procedure.But the state declined to vacate the date while those cases work their way through federal courts.
