Knupfer (In re PW, LLC), the Ninth Circuit BAP held that a senior secured creditor's credit bid, in an amount less than the aggregate value of all liens against the property in question, did not satisfy the requirements of Section 365(f) and permit the sale to be "free and clear" of the existing junior liens on the property and reversed the bankruptcy court's order on appeal.
