Public health officials were unable to determine the source of the E. coli O157:H7 outbreak at a July picnic in Germantown, Ohio that killed one person and sickened 79.The outbreak investigation began July 9, when the first case of E. coli infection was confirmed, though the picnic took place on July 3.
