Kevin Smith, Clerk of Courts, announced Dec. 5th that:During the period of construction that is occurring at the east entrance to the State House (which is expected to last through the end of December at least), rotunda filing will be available "the old way," meaning that papers may be left with a State Police officer stationed at a desk just inside the north entrance to the State House.
