  So I’m skimming through the 3rd District’s decision in In re Brown, discussing why the father of a child born out of wedlock doesn’t have a statutory entitlement to know the child’s address, while an ex-husband does, and I’m thinking, “Gosh, that’s pretty crappy,” until I get to this line in the headnotes:   It was no abuse of discretion not to give the father the child’s address… [read post]
