I appear to have torn a ligament in my right foot (at least that is the diagnosis from my local minor injuries unit) so it looks like I will be laid up for at least 6 weeks and will miss a couple of very good races including the Whistable 10k and the Larkfield 10k both of which I ran last year and set some pretty good times in.I may also have to think about temporarily renaming my blog the non-running librarian until I'm able to run again!
