  In conjunction with the State of New York, State of Connecticut and Bloomberg Philanthropies,  New Jersey is now beginning to hire contact testers and offer free training.The initial launch was a call for 1000 testers.After an individual has tested positive, the contact testing team will communicate with the infected person and attempt to ascertain who the infected person has come in contact with and is in risk of contracting the highly contagious COVID-19 virus.
