Given that the problem is: (a) national, having the same cause everywhere—i.e., the affordability of legal services; and, (b) causing extreme damage and misery to: (i) the population; (ii) the courts; and, (iii) the legal profession itself; shouldn’t Canada’s law societies have joined together in a common effort to retain the expertise with which to devise a strategy with which to solve the problem?
