Michow, a lawyer, and Vierrath both said the rebates were specifically provided for in German law.In the UK the PRS tariff is 3%, but as said above, the PRS are currently undertaking a consultation to revise the rate, looking at the possibility of widening the sources of revenues that the rate can be applied to (such as secondary ticketing, sponsorship and car parking) and of rising the 'headline' rate.
