From the looks of the July 8 letter, and the pages it cites from the Priests for Life brief, the plaintiffs are objecting to the accommodation because it allegedly requires them to "offer[] health plans through an insurance company or third-party administrator" at a time when that same issuer company or TPA is also providing contraceptive coverage to the organization's employees.
