Way back in March, when Senator Dolt Dodd was trying to jump start his moribund presidential campaign by leading a dog pile of Pekingese masquerading as Rottweilers to jump first on credit card companies for charging fees, then on bank regulators for "failing" to predict the subprime meltdown before, you know, Congress did, the Office of Thrift sent as its lamb to be sacrificed on Dolt's Dodd's alter, Deputy Director Scott Palokoff.
