I had noticed over the last couple of days Lucy Reed of Pink Tape, Giles Peaker of Nearly Legal and others on Twitter getting all of a lather over Ken Clarke's recent comments about the profession's opposition to the proposed legal aid cuts (I thought he made the comments several weeks ago, but the reason for the delayed reaction may be that this interview has only just gone online).
