According to the National Crime Victimization Survey (table 42 of the 2004 data, 2006 data, and 2008 data, the most recent I have handy), about 14 percent of rapes of whites involved offenders whom the victims perceived as black (the number goes up to 16 percent if you exclude from the denominator cases where the offenders race was unknown).
