A 5 member of the High Court (French CJ, Gummow, Hayne, Heydon, Kiefel JJ) in LK v Director-General DOCS has unanimously upheld the mother's appeal from the the Full Court of the Family Court, which in turn upheld the decision of the trial judge, Kay J, for the mother to cause the children to return to Israel.
