The two members of the Board serving under challenged recess appointments, Sharon Block and Richard Griffin, were earlier re-submitted to the Senate for confirmation.It will be interesting to see how this plays out as the longer the Board continues without a confirmed quorum, the more uncertainty in labor relations is being sown.
