Unlike technical "experts" at the FBI, the White House and in the Obama camp, who claimed that a recent hack of the Obama campaign's network was a "foreign entity" likely from China or Russia, the commissioners seem to recognize the difficulty of pinpointing the real culprit in cyberattacks, since there's a high likelihood that an attacker would leave tracks that would purposely point to another party being behind their attack.
