Right to Cure Certain Errors in Itemized Wages – A.B. 1506 A.B. 1506 amends the Private Attorney General Act of 2004 (PAGA) codified in Labor Code sections 2698, et seq., to require that a current or former employee give an employer notice and opportunity to cure itemized wage statements (a.k.a. pay stubs) that do not include:  (1) the inclusive dates of the period for which the employee is paid; and/or (2) the correct name and address of the legal entity that is the employer.
