The subsequent addition of this share to the written award did not necessitate any new determination or judgment on his part as in In re Stringer and Riley Brothers, [1901] 1 Q.B. 105, 70 L.J.K.B. 19, and in those cases where the arbitrator misapprehended the facts and subsequently sought to make a new award upon the true facts.
