Thus, the Superior Court found it perfectly OK for a Pennsylvania court to subpoena a non-party’s records in another state whenever the non-party has:  (1) a Pennsylvania agent for service of process “within the territorial limits of the Commonwealth,” or (2) “carr[ied] on of a continuous and systematic part of Dow’s general business within this Commonwealth.
