As the grant of bail is the discretion of the Magistrate concerned unless the prosecution delays the filing of Charge-Sheet beyond 90 days, as the Magistrate can exercise discretion while concluding that the offence is proved or not proved ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ etc., people allege that there is corruption in the judiciary at the lower level in most of the cases and corruption at the Higher Level is also alleged.
