CA, the California Court of Appeal found that the police broke into a man's house, asked him to answer a question he need not answer, watched him swallow two capsules, handcuffed him, transported him to a hospital and had his stomach pumped...for 2 morphine pills and a 60 month jail term...YET...because California did not accept the exclusionary rule, the Court of Appeals was bound by precedent to uphold the conviction.
