Como dijimos alguna vez, concedida sobre la cautelar, el litigante que primereó va a hacer tiempo sine die, ya que en la práctica tiene algo igual o incluso mejor que ganar el juicio, porque si hubiera ganado, las apelaciones siguen un proceso de revisión bastante mecánico, mientras que la cautelar le da un montón de margen para dilatar el proceso.
