When the judges of Trial Chamber II filed in, Alternate Judge Alhaji Malik Sow was not among them – as noted in a previous post, he had attempted to make a statement following delivery of the summary judgment and had been subsequently removed from his position by unanimous vote of the other Special Court judges meeting in plenary (the judges of Trial Chamber II abstained).
