 The intervenors include TSI, the entity in charge of coordinating debt collection lawsuits and furnishing affidavits and supporting documentation for such lawsuits, which had itself already agreed with the CFPB to resolve its investigation with an administrative Consent Order that required TSI to clean up robosigning abuses and pay a hefty fine, but did not require court approval.
