A fatal accident Enquiry into the death of a teenage cancer patient who was given overdoses of radiation has been wound up at Glasgow Sheriff Court. 15-year-old Lisa Norris, who was from Ayrshire in Scotland, died several months after receiving treatment for a brain tumour at Beatson Oncology Centre, Glasgow, in 2006.
