Projected Fiscal Impact of Increased OHPTC and OZ Incentives Notwithstanding the positive economic and other benefits derived from projects funded with OHPTC and OZ incentives, the Ohio Legislative Service Commission projects the increased incentives to cost Ohio $85 Million for the Fiscal Year 2022 to 2023 biennium, with the General Revenue Fund bearing $82.1 Million of the cost and the Local Government and Public Library funds bearing $2.9 Million of the cost.
