The law pertains to sex offender parolees released from prison on or after November 8, 2006.Hours after the ruling, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) announced it will begin sweeping the state, arresting other paroled sex offenders who are violating Jessica's Law residency restrictions.More than 850 parolees were found in violation of the law last August and were given 45 days to comply with the law's residency requirements.
