I’m a lifelong Canadaphile and Montreal is such a spectacular city - the faculty dinner last night at Europea at 1227 Rue de la Montaigne was a 10 course micro-tasting experience that will not soon be forgotten (how could anyone forget cappucino with lobster creme, or the perfectly grilled scallops with barley risotto, or the eggshell with creme, caviar and veal stock . . . but the cotton candy was the treat of the night.
