She complains that Morgan Pietz, counsel for the John Doe in one of the cases, was an "improper prosecutor" — but this is only pertinent if Judge Wright was required to treat the hearing as a criminal contempt proceeding triggering the right to an independent prosecutor; otherwise there's no requirement that Pietz be neutral.
