Board of Regents Wins Copyright Ruling Finally today, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) can not pursue litigation against the Georgia Board of Regents due to sovereign immunity issues, The lawsuit stemmed from a University of Georgia professor, who the NABP claimed took questions from their licensing exam and distributed them to students.
